Virtual Fitness Team!

Created out of Covid-19 Quarantine, and still going strong! Join this team for weekly home workouts, awesome accountability, fun weekly challenges, and a community of like minded individuals.

The live zoom sessions helped me blast through the cardio classes thanks to Meryl’s energy, while her detailed schedule was easy to follow on my own on the other days. Here’s what you can expect from this program:

  • Workout from your own home, when it’s convenient for you.
  • 5 workouts each and every week, all around 30-40 minutes. Each week you’ll have HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Total Body Strength Training, Upper Body Strength Training, Leg Day, and a Core & Cardio Burst Training.
  • 2 Workouts each week will be broadcast LIVE on Zoom, so we can train together and motivate each other! (If you can’t join us LIVE on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am EST, the replay will be sent to you.)
  • Equipment needed is a set of light weights, and a set of medium to heavy weights.
  • Daily Accountability and a supportive approach via WhatsApp Group to keep you on track.
  • The focus, quality, and encouragement you’d expect from your trainer and your teammates!
  • Boost your energy, motivation and overall fitness!
  • Participants will be encouraged to do daily check-ins after completing their workouts. Accountability = Results!
