Virtual Fitness Team!

Created out of Covid-19 Quarantine, and still going strong! Join this team for weekly home workouts, awesome accountability, fun weekly challenges, and a community of like minded individuals.

The live zoom sessions helped me blast through the cardio classes thanks to Meryl’s energy, while her detailed schedule was easy to follow on my own on the other days. Here’s what you can expect from this program:

Join “The Team”

  • Workout from your own home, with an easy-to-follow-along guide, when it’s convenient for you.
  • 5 NEW workouts sent each week, all efficient, around 30-40 minutes per workout. Each week you’ll have HIIT, Total Body, Upper Body, Leg Day, and Core & Cardio Burst training.
  • 2 Workouts each week will be broadcast LIVE on Zoom, so we can train together and motivate each other! (If you can’t join us LIVE on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am EST, the replay will be sent to you.)
  • Equipment needed is a set of light weights, a set of medium to heavy weights, and a sturdy chair or bench.
  • Daily Accountability and a supportive approach via WhatsApp Group to keep you on track.
  • The focus, quality, and encouragement you’d expect from your trainer!
  • Boost your energy, motivation and overall fitness!
  • Participants will be required to do daily check-ins after completing their workouts. Accountability = Results!

  • 2 Workouts each week LIVE on Zoom. We can train together and motivate each other! (If you can’t join on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 am, the replay will be sent to you.)
