With the Teen Sweat & Smile Training Program we will build strength and CONFIDENCE through movement. Let’s get our teen girls boosting all those positive endorphins exercise can provide. Once/week training session aimed to get the girls moving, sweating, and having fun!
- 30 minute HIIT Session, Monday’s at 4:30PM EST
- If you can’t join us LIVE, the replay will be sent to you
- No equipment necessary other than a mat (we will be doing body weight exercises).
- A supportive and encouraging fitness approach
- Boost energy, confidence, strength, and overall fitness!
