Covid-19 Quarantine Program!

Get ready Ladies! We’re going to come out of quarantine fitter than ever! There must be a silver lining to all of this!!

Join now. You will feel more confident, powerful, stronger, happier, and fitter than ever! In this 4 Week Program we will conquer 5 workouts/week, and weekly challenges. With the daily accountability you will join a community of ladies and feel the real benefits of fitness.

Here’s what you can expect from this program:

  • Workout from your own home, with an easy-to-follow-along guide, when it’s convenient for you.
  • 5 NEW workouts sent each week, all efficient, around 30 minutes per workout. Each week you’ll have HIIT, Total Body, Upper Body, Leg Day, and Core & Cardio Burst training.
  • 2 Workouts each week will be broadcast LIVE on Zoom, so we can train together and motivate each other! (If you can’t join LIVE at 11am on Monday and Wednesday, the replay will be sent to you.)
  • Equipment needed is a set of light weights and a set of medium to heavy weights, sturdy chair or bench, and jump rope optional.
  • Daily Accountability and a supportive approach via WhatsApp Group to keep you on track.
  • The focus, quality, and encouragement you’d expect from me, your trainer!
  • Boost your energy, motivation and spirits during this trying time.
  • Participants will be required to do daily check-ins with me after completing their workouts.
