6 Week Summer Slim Down Challenge

Get ready! You’re about to feel more confident, powerful, stronger, happier, more fit, sexier, and all around better! Head into Summer this year full of confidence. Not only can you be fit and strong this Summer, you can be in the BEST shape of your life. With this 6 Week Summer Slim Down Challenge we will conquer meal planning, workouts, and clean eating together. With the daily accountability, you will join a community of ladies and feel the real benefits of fitness.

Here’s what you can expect from this program:

  • Workout from your own home, outdoors, or the gym, with easy to follow along guides, when it’s convenient for you.
  • Efficient workouts, you should allow for 30-40 minutes* 5 days/week. (*Completion time may vary)
  • Only equipment you’ll need is a set of 5-10 pound weights, sturdy chair or bench, jump rope optional .
  • Accountability and a supportive approach that keeps you on track.
  • The focus, quality, and encouragement you’d expect from me, your trainer!
  • Boost your energy, motivation and CONFIDENCE.
  • Simple, clean eating meal plan guidelines and recipes.
  • Participants will be required to log their food and do daily check-ins with me.

The cost for this 6 week program is $120. Start date is May 15th, 2017.
