Corporate trainingCompanies that promote a fitness program see increased health benefits, morale, and work performance.  How great would it be if you could fit your work out into your work day?  Leaving your non-work hours available to everything else we have to get done in the day!  Lunch time classes or 15 minute power workout breaks will get you back to your desk more focused, motivated, and ready to work.  A gym is not necessary.  All we need is a conference room or a hallway without heavy traffic and we can get started.  I will bring all the tools necessary.
